Rudi Garcia was appointed as the manager of As.Roma in June of 2013 and even though some fans had doubt if the Frenchman was the correct choice, it has been nothing but an impressive season for the former Lille coach.
As.Roma has already secured a 2nd spot finish in Serie A which will allow them to fight against Europe’s best in the Champions League for the upcoming campaign. Since Gardia only signed a 2 year contract with As.Roma and the current season is nearing its end, Garcia stated that he will speak to the executives of the club concerning his future.
“I’ve said it already, I am very happy here in Rome. I have decided alongside Roma executives to speak to the club at the end of the season and not before.” Garcia announced to nederland spanje odds.
Garcia continued on by saying that he is happy to put a smile back on the fans and everyone in the club as well as the stadium is going superbly well.
“The most important victory for me has been to have put a smile back on our fans’ faces. They are delighted and proud of their team. This is the merit of everyone involved. The atmosphere at the Stadio Olimpico has been fantastic. The fusion and unity between the players and the fans is what truly gives me the biggest satisfaction.” Garcia added on.
There are some clubs around Europe that are going through tough times with Manchester United and Ac.Milan being some examples as they had recent management changes and will take time to get themselves back into the glory squad of some years ago but As.Roma on the other hand seems like their switch of coaches will only improve the club.
